DELIVERY & RETURNS

Our collection is handcrafted in small batch; Prepared freshly with love and ships from The Daughters Company studio. We appreciate your patience in its journey to you. We offer expedited courier services for an additional fee. Please email support@thedaughterscompany.co.in to enquire.

The Daughters Company takes care in putting together your order and to hand it over to our courier partners. We will deliver your order within 3-10 business days. We regret we cannot be held responsible for delays due to courier company issues, any unforeseen delays, issues out of our control.

Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as the order has been handed over to the courier company. Please kindly ensure that you track your package to check status and time of delivery.

RETURNS

Our products are entirely hand blended and made in the smallest of batches to better preserve their integrity and as such each product can vary slightly. If you are new to TDC, we suggest you try our TDC Minis as we cannot offer refunds for reasons of personal taste. If however, there is damage, we ask that you return your item within 7 days for an exchange. On receiving your parcel, we will exchange the product. An email will follow to confirm everything has gone through, so you have complete peace of mind.

We recommend your return is made via courier service and do make sure you have sufficient cover, as until we receive the goods back, they are your responsibility. Items sent back which are lost in-transit will not be processed as returns. Shipping, important duties and taxes incurred with returns are your responsibility.

We happily replace / exchange any damaged or defective items. Please photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging. Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

We at TDC are very proud of our creations and the care and love that goes into handcrafting each jar and bottle to ensure it reaches you in superlative condition.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels: Email at support@thedaughterscompany.co.in

For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.

Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:

In case of quality issue/defect:

Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.

PEACE OF MIND

Here are some simple tips to speed your delivery, save you money and give you peace of mind.

As you finalise your order, do check the delivery address and postcode are correct, as having to re-send an item will delay your delivery and you will incur an additional delivery charge. If the address you give us is incorrect and results in a non-delivery, we cannot issue you a refund.

Items do need to be signed for, so please ensure you supply a delivery address and options that are safe and secure and make it easy for you or someone else to sign on your behalf. If an item is returned non-deliverable, again, it’s a cost to you when we re-sent it.

Once you receive delivery at the address specified and your payment is cleared for all goods in full, you have ownership of the goods and we sincerely hope you enjoy them.
